Our world-class hospice, dedicated to Making Life Easier for our patients and families, has the following exciting career opportunities:

  • REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER, - FULLTIME, OTSEGO COUNTY
  • ON-CALL RNS - PER DIEM, OTSEGO, SCHOHARIE & DELAWARE COUNTIES, NIGHTS & WEEKENDS.
  • TRIAGE RN - PER DIEM. EVERY OTHER SATURDAY & BACKUP ON CALL OPPORTUNITIES


  • Requirements for RN positions: BSN preferred with one-year home health care experience. Possess strong understanding of hospice philosophy and issues of death/dying. Must demonstrate excellent observation, verbal and written communication and organization skills, problem-solving skills. Possess strong documentation and computer skills. Must have 1-2 years of acute care experience or in the health field - hospice or home health care preferred. Current professional Licensure/Certification. Valid NYS Driver License a must.
